VIABLE SYSTEMS THEORY AND JOINT VENTURES

In management systems, methodological complementarism has been criticised by thernfundamentalists of paradigm incommensurability. They tell us that because methodologicalrnparadigms are incommensurable, that methodologies cannot be used together. There is arnmove to theoretically counter this argument. One approach is to show a basic connectionrnbetween the methodological complementarism of management systems and the cooperativernstrategic management theory of joint alliances that, if appropriately explored, might suggestrna systemic theory of joint alliances.
