摘要

This paper has two parts: a syntetic description of the methodological framework (C5,rnMESOC, CSH, P(A)R), and their application in a study case of a real world socialrndevelopment Project in Mexico involving a complex set of social, public, andrninternational multilateral organizations. The Project is very complex, it involves differentrnsocial, governmental, and international multilateral institutions working on a holisticrnapproach to fight against the root causes of poverty on a national scope, as a socialrndevelopment experiment. The Project began in 1992, and at this point a smallrninterorganizational group of people is working on a radical reorganizational process thatrncan be terminal.
