Resonant Viewing is a mechanistic set of protocols originally designed for use by thernU.S. military during the cold war for purpose of “psychic spying.” The techniques enablernviewers to access a broader spectrum of information than is typically available to arnperson in their normal waking state. Viewing works by synchronizing activity betweenrnthe left and right hemispheres of the brain and by integrating a person’s conscious andrnsubconscious thought processes. Data collected from scientific viewing studies done overrnthe last twenty years suggest that all humans have innate telepathic abilities that can bernharnessed with relatively little training. The widespread demonstration of these abilitiesrnin all types of people implies that nonlocal information is accessible and available to thernhuman mind in a manner that transcends both space and time. Thus, principles ofrnquantum mechanics and nonlinear self-organization have both a practical and importantrnrole to play in the future evolution of human information processing activities.rnTheories about chaos and self-organizing systems have traditionally focused onrnbiological, chemical, and ecological phenomena.
