Assisted natural regeneration and biodiversity in the Philippines

The three ANR sites exhibit unique geophysical and botanical components. These sites are under different climatic zones and have varying geological complexes. All of the three sites have a mosaic of vegetation types which include grasslands, secondary forests, remnant primary forest and (abandoned) plantation forests. Furthermore, the species composition, species dominance, diversity and structure of these sites are markedly different.
