A Study on Test Controller for Mixed-Signal Circuits

摘要

The IEEE Std 1149.4-1999 is an IEEE standard for a Mixed-Signal Test Bus, which extends the boundary-scan test technology to mixed-signal circuits. The IEEE1149.4 test controller is the key component for the mixed-signal test. Because the test controller is not a part of the IEEE Std 1149.4, we must design the controller when we use the standard to test mixed-signal circuits. This paper describes one way to design and implement the controller.
