摘要

In this paper, the technique of microwave nondestructive testing applies to measure and evaluate the complex permittivity of non-metallic materials. It based on a new model of a split-cylinder resonator. This method by the full-wave analysis, indicated that there is a better measurement precision and a larger wide ranging than the traditional resonator model dielectric-post resonator and cylindrical cavity. It can be applied to the quality control system for the engineering materials measurements.
