Feasibility and Conditions for the Application of Anticipatory Systems into Changes in Social Structures

The structure of any system is the most fundamental element of its function because it determines the most important attributes of that system. The processes of design of any system involve detailed analyses of many variants of its structure allowing the best one to be chosen. Modelling is a key anticipatory element underlying these processes. Presented here is a synopsis of a novel way of natural modelling of social processes based on the structure of the conditional sentence and the notion of the field of force. This model is used to show in a systematic manner the most important practical current feasibilities and conditions of realization and use of complex anticipatory systems in steering of social structures. This analysis indicates the presence of numerous obstacles on the way to implementation of such systems. This work points to the areas of human activity requiring the presence of strong motivations to develop modelling of social processes and appropriate anticipatory systems for their control and steering.
