Seismic integrated interpretation and prediction on channel sandbody of deep layer at west slope in Qikou Sag

According to the differences of seismic and geological conditions of every oil measures in mid-deep layers at west slope in Qikou Sag, this paper introduces varieties of new techniques on geophysics such as structural curvature, seismic inversion, CUSI network, hydrocarbon detection etc. Taking advantage of the series of techniques, we predicted synthetically the reservoir of the target, finished successfully the key transition from qualitative analysis to quantitative prediction as to the deep gravity flow channel sand-body . Furthermore, considering the structural setting data, we specify potential structural-lithologic traps. As a result, the geological and drilling effect is obvious.
