摘要

In this paper, we use Monte Carlo method to simulate the diffuse reflectance and transmittance of laser light in dermis with differnet incident beams, including infinitely narrow beam, Gaussian beam and flat beam with differnet radiuses respectively. The results show that photon density distribution of infinitely narrow incidence is adaxial, and when finite size beams are incident, if the radius is small, the photon distribution is also adaxial, and with the radius rising, the photon density decreases rapidly along the r-axis.
