Prosthetic Socket Computer Aided Design

摘要

Prosthetic socket is the most important part in the prosthetic design and manufacture. Computer aided socket design (CASD) can design a socket easily and quickly, This paper discusses the CASD system and 3-D computer display model of the prosthetic socket. CASD software programmed by visual C++ and OpenGL will design and modify a socket on-line according to the measure data.
