摘要

Intestinal peristaltic movement is a reflection of stimulation to the chyme to some extent. According to this point of view, a one-dimension artificial neural network based on Self-Organizing Feature Map is put into use for the corresponding simulation of the peristaltic movement. The simulation results show that the ANN parameters, including the threshold, the feedback coefficients and their range, can all be taken as a measurement of the characteristics of the chyme. The model reflects the relationship between the chyme characteristics and peristaltic movement and thus laying a foundation for the future research on the intestinal movement model of peristaltic reflection.
