摘要

AIM: To research the ion channel electricity characteristic during mice embryo heart development.METHODS:We use patch clamp technique to test the current of ion channel and action potential.RESULTS: ①The action potential is different at hyperpolarization and frequency after add carbachol(CCh) during cardiac development. ② the kinetics characteristic of G-protein gated in-ward rectifier K~+ channel I_(k,Ach) is different at early and late stage. In early stage the time course of currents was exponential increase in cardiomyocytes and in late stage the onset of current was largely instantaneous.Also the rectification properties of Ik,Ach is much stronger in early stage then in old stage.
