摘要

This paper presents a preliminary study of the reconstruction of temperature field in vivo based on thermography. Pennes' bioheat transfer equation is employed as the governing equation of the temperature field in vivo. According to the equation we establish the finite element calculation format of bioheat transfer. The temperature distribution of the body surface, ie., the boundary condition of the temperature field in vivo, is gotten by the infrared thermography. The anatomical structure of the body is obtained by use of CT. With the above methods the temperature field in vivo is reconstructed. The further experimental study is necessary to validate the results of the numerical simulation.
