摘要

A novel fast multi-spectral image analyzing system for single cell gel electrophoresis is developed. With the features of having Chinese-English exchange interface and an auto-analyzing system working in Microsoft Windows, the system can determine 19 parameters about comet, comet tail and comet head simultaneously. The application of the system for analyzing the effect of H_2O_2-induced DNA damage in lymphocytes proves that the system can efficiently meet the needs of SCGE analysis.
