The vibration frequency of vehicle is wider because it often works under broadband velocities and random exciting force coming from road surface. Isolator is a very important component in engine mount system. The wire net isolator is a new kind of nonlinear vibration control component. It has the characteristics of variable stiffness and large damp, it can also adapt to any cruel circumstance. In this paper, vibration control theory and vibration test technology are used and a wire net isolator is designed for a military vehicle engine mounting system. Experiments on its dynamic and fatigue characteristic show that the design of the isolator is reasonable. It can control the engine's vibration effectively and can be used in the engine mounting system.
