摘要

Based on detailed analysis of properties of micro engines, an integrative test platform has been developed. Special designs of mechanical structures and electrical systems are described in this paper, which make the platform suitable for versatile testing of micro engines with displacement less than lcc. The purpose of the test platform is mainly for testing the power of micro engines applying a DC motor as dynamometers. Equipped with other functional modules, the temperature, oil consumption and other important data can also be gotten with satisfactory precision. Experimental study on power, temperature field testifies the design ideas and testing principles and testing results of 0.33cc micro engines are given.
