摘要

The modeling technology of the entire life cycle helps to the standardization and the series of product design and technique methodology so to satisfy the integrated requirement of CAD/CAE /CAPP/CAM. It can evidently shorten the period of R&D of the product, increase the design quality and manufacturing quality, decrease the development expenses, and accelerate the feedback speed of the market requirements. It is a design methodology that can predicts the entire life cycle at each design stage. The designing products can be primely simulated and predicted by combining the simulation technique with the modeling technique. It can accelerate the design speed of micro machinery and increase the successful rate of design by the design and simulation of mechanical devices. The micro machinery will become the propeller and benefit point of the high and new technique for the future. Especially in the design of miniature weapons and miniature aircrafts, the modeling techniques can be extensively adopted.
