This paper presents a detailed discussion on the present status, basic theory and foreground of noise masking technology. And it gives a study on the noise masking method which based on noise amplitude modulation. A model of multi-channel noise masking system which based on noise amplitude modulation has been built up in SIMULINK. The computer simulation has been carried out and got a nice result.
