The electro-acoustic transformation in multilayer systems

摘要

The strains induced by an electric signal acted on the layered medium will be discussed in detail, and the propagating and distribution of the strain waves in layered medium will be analyzed. The strain wave induced in jth layer that acts as a source and propagating in layered medium can be described mathematically. The strain waves can be interfered constructively or destructively which depend on the sign of piezoelectric coefficients of two neighbor layers.
