The measurement of the velocity of flow liquid is an important part in many fields. The ultrasonic method has been the center of attention in this field for the last several years. Different from other conventional means, using ultrasonic can measure many liquid material, such as clean water, waste water, hydrocarbon liquids, organic or inorganic chemicals and so on. And ultrasonic meters have no moving parts, they suffer no pressure loss, can do non-contact, non-invasion measure. Found on the advantages that ultrasonic plan brings, a flow rate measurement technique that based on the differential travel time and multiple ultrasonic path method is proposed, and in the mean time, a set of realization project is also been presented in this paper.
