The aim of this paper is the designing of an electronic instruct-improving platform for the powerrndispatcher operators using the e-Learning technology it will be possible to design a special unitrn(educational unit) for learning for the remote control systems through an operative dispatcher thatrnwill try to answer the basic questions: what do I study, why do I study, how do I study, what is it goingrnto be applied and how much have I understood. The educational unit are structured on specificrndomains, each having specific educational targets and objects. The knowledge will be presented usingrnmulti media resources. Having in mind the evolution of the electronic tuition/improving platform willrnhave a dynamic web site at the user disposals completed with an open interactive infrastructurernenabling the practical checking of the studied theoretical notions.
