Cement concrete is extensively used in the high-class pavement today because of its characteristics of high strength, excellent stability and performance of resistive attrition. However, the slabs of the cement concrete may be damaged easily due to raw material and execution control etc. In order to treat the defects while the traffic transportations should not be stopped for long time, the maintenance of the cement concrete pavement urgently demands technology of rapid repair. This paper mainly introduces an exceedingly early strength repair component of HW for cement concrete researched and developed by Guangdong Provincial Research Institute of Communications, After being cured for 4~6 hours the concrete can obtain the strength that traveling vehicles demand.
