摘要

The article mainly study one problem : the plastic fibre are combined with soil to form one kind of composite road base, the one new type of civil engineer materials for building road base. Two or more kinds of materials, different from chemical or structures properties, would be combined together to composite materials in micro or macroscopic formation. The composite material is made from multi-phrases formations: basic phrase, interface and enforcement. The basic material is continuity solid. It binds enforcement one to another to translate force. The enforcement appears enhance in the composite. For the civil materials , which the short fibres or slices are put into the soil to form the composite materials , we study their properties at first. That mechanic properties and anti-liquidity in shocking are explained in the theory.
