This article started with the plates moving in the horizon and rotating relative with earth's surface, it discussed the differential movements of different research points in the plates, the conclusion can be taken that during the plates rotated with Euler rotation, the different points of the plates, the direction of the horizontal movement and vector in instantaneous time both had biggish difference, when the moving track of the research points was in the small circles on the spherical surface, the moving vector was minimum, when the moving track of the research points was in the big circles on the spherical surface, the moving vector was maximum. The rotating quantum and rotating mode relative with earth's surface had biggish difference, too. when the angle distance from research points to Euler polar was 90°, the plates did not rotate relative with earth's surface, when the angle distance from research points to Euler polar was not 90°, the plates rotated relative with earth's surface, thereinto when the angle distance is 0°(180°), it was same as the angle distance going around the Euler axis, the others was less than going around the Euler axis. When the rotating modes with research points to the angle distance of Euler polar was less than 90°, it was same as the modes of Euler rotation, When the rotating modes with research points to the angle distance of Euler polar was greater than 90°, it was opposition to the modes of Euler rotation.
