Communication through a Finite-State Machine with Markov Property

We address the problem of communication throughrna finite-state machine with Markov property. The techniquesrnfrom the theory of Markov decision processes are used torndetermine of the feedback capacity of this type of machines.rnWe also consider the scenario that several users share a machinernvia TDMA. The capacity region for this scenario is established.rnMoreover, we adopt a game-theoretic viewpoint to interpret thernoperational meaning of the rate vectors in the capacity region.
