摘要

Middle-convex and varying ellipse piston is a kind of non-circular section part, and its processing can be achieved by using hard profile modelling method and CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) turning method. Presently, we use the high precision CNC turning method to machine piston, and use the voice coil linear motor with high frequency response to obtain the non-circular section profile, This paper presents the design method of all-digital-feedback linear servo motor, and constructs corresponding control system. In addition, the diamond tool is used to machine piston when finishing turning, and CNC technology is used to compensate the machining precision on-line, consequently, we can machine the piston with high precision requirement.
