摘要

Precision workpieces must be localized with high accuracy rapidly and reliably in machining process on precision & ultra-precision machining center. We study the method of workpeice geometric localization based on CAD model. We formulate three types of workpeice localization problems, and present their uniform solution algorithms with algebra tools. Then, the performance of the algorithms is analyzed and optimized respectively in terms of accuracy and convergence.
