This article proposes a high efficient zero voltage and current switching (ZVCS) based high frequency link three phase three level diode clamped inverter operated with Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation technique (SVPWM) with an optimized current controller by taking photovoltaic array as a source. The scheme is analyzed in different load conditions by using an optimized current controller. The optimum values of current controller are obtained by using a minority charge carrier inspired algorithm. In This article, two types of controllers have been analyzed and compared. The switching scheme and operation are implemented in MATLAB and simulation results shows the effectiveness, robustness of this technique used.
