摘要

This paper describes the continuing development and the innovative concepts that provides a single seamless computer simulation and design environment. The Parallel Simulation User Environment (PSUE) has an open modular architecture for the integration of advanced engineering simulation tools. The communications within the PSUE provide an efficient framework for the manipulation of large computational data sets and will support collaborative multi-site working. Redistribution of the workload between the end-user and the High Performance Computing and Networking (HPCN) platform allows the engineer to focus creatively on their design goals.
