摘要

The piezoelectric quartz crystal (PQC) bulk-acoustic-wave sensor,also known as quartz crystal microbalance (QCM),can dynamically detect a change in mass loading on the electrode surface down to the monolayer or submonolayer level,the viscoelasticity of a foreign film modified on the electrode,and the solution viscodensity near the electrode.
