摘要

Two types of (110) twin boundary are common in YBa2Cu3O7-δ,the oxygen-centered type for fully oxygenated sample (δ=0) and the cation-centered type for oxygen-deficient sample (δ>0) with the boundary passing through the oxygen atoms in Cu-O layers and through the cations,respectively.
