Based of individuationTechnology, andon the requirements analysis of digital archive system, our article explained the significanceservice. We further proposed the Web2.0 archive system design on account of componentintroduced its hierarchical structure and service construction mode.rn Component Technology is one of the most predominant software exploitation technologies. Component is thereusable software modular faced to software system configuration, and it is usefulness，usability，quality, adaptability，portability and so on .We can avoid repetitive exploitation work of same functional modules by its usefulness and portability. We can also decrease the workloadspent in software testing largely by its usability and quality. Based on such reality, we have in mind of ComponentTechnology when we design Digital Archives System.
