Experimental Study on The Distribution of Particles Concentration Of Gas-Solid Fluidized Bed With Disparately Sized Binary Particles
Experiments were carried out to study the concentration distribution of disparately sized binary particle in the iet region of a 1-m dia & 8-m high semicircular jening fluidized bed with a conical distributor.The particles concentration was measured bv the optical fiber probe system and local-sampling.The fine particles were injected coaxiaily to simulate fines recycled into the iet high temperature region m all actual operating unit with different fine particles feed-in quantity.It Was found that the coarse particles concentration increases when the Jet gas。velocity reaches to the certain extent.The distributor gas-velocity increasing results in the increasing of the time。averaged particles volume concentration in the jet region.The annular gas-velocity increase causes the particles concentration to reduce·And there IS high fine concentration existing in tIIe jet region of large jetting fiuidized bed.The fine particles concentration in the jet regmn increases with the increasing of fine particles feed-in quantity,and the fine concentration increased toward the bed surface.When reaching to a certain bed height,the fine concentration begins to decrease.
